  • The goal is scout potential clients (B2C), turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
  • In house sales, to bring potential clients/tenants to view properties/units, present properties/units and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Prepare, update and maintain properties on hand control listing.
  • Maintain good relationship with operators or real estate agent and have update to understand the progress and result.
  • Prepare lead report, to track new leads and successful closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing tenants.
  • Document customer problems and dissatisfactions, offer solutions, keep customers informed and provide feedback of actions taken.
  • To perform in any others tasks/duties assigned and directed by the management.
